Orders are typically processed within 4-7 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process based on the selected shipping method and destination. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.
4. Delivery Delays
We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by natural disasters, customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to inform you of any such delays.
5. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
6. Damaged Parcel
In the event that your package arrives visibly damaged or you suspect damage, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the item. Provide detailed information, including your order number, description of the damage, and clear photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging.
7. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 working days across most locations in India but it can take up to 10 days for remote locations. Cops reserves the right to cancel an order if unsuccessful after three attempts made at delivering it.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
